上海鼎臻商贸有限公司成立于2014年（公司的前身为上海翰穹商贸有限公司创办于2005年），是一家旅意华侨投资创办的经营意大利高端葡萄酒公司。本公司一直致力于进口和推广意大利Piemonte产区的产品，目前在中国长期备货皮埃蒙特产区大量现货，现货产品分别为Barolo、Barbaresco、Nebbiolo、Langhe、Barbera d’Asti Superiore、 Barbera d’Asti、Barbera 、passito Barbera、Dolcetto、Moscato d’Asti Cortese、Arneis。
本公司在中国有完整的葡萄酒进口手续和葡萄酒批发手续。本公司位在上海外高桥保税区内部，可以运营各类保税、仓储。本公司在中国有完整的网络销售体系和各主要城市销售团队。网络销售由天猫旗舰店完成。在中国网络已连续三年稳居意大利葡萄酒第一。主要销售城市为中国上海市、浙江省、安徽省、四川省、广东省、江苏省、山东省，设立分销机构、会所、专卖店及办事处。
本公司首席品酒师为中国酒协葡萄酒一级品酒师、WEST三级品酒师及认证讲师。其带领的品酒师团队五人荣获品酒师中级证书，会所、专卖店及办事处共17人获得初级品酒师证书。立志为客户提供最温馨最专业的葡萄酒文化服务。2020年我们在中国销售了23万瓶意大利Piemonte产区的葡萄酒。我们已与意大利Cantina Del Monferrato S.R.L酒庄达成永久唯一合作。本公司在上海的恒温（15℃~20℃）恒湿（Rh50~60%）标准仓库12000㎡。常年购买6000万货值仓储保险。恒温酒库内部全部采用最先进的恒温、恒湿设备，确保原瓶进口葡萄酒的真实品质及熟成。纳税后产品也全部在我们恒温监管仓，出仓时可进行拆托、配货、打托。各类产品发货模式有快递、物流、直接提货派送。佣有国内一流物流服务。
